"I’ve been with another insurer forever, so switching to State Farm wasn’t something I planned on doing. What made it easy was working with Jordan. He helped me get a great bundle by combining my auto policy with my first ever home insurance, and the whole process felt really easy and straightforward. There were no pressured phone calls. Everything started with prompt email responses, and over time I felt comfortable enough to call and talk things through and seal the deal. Jordan was attentive, transparent, and focused on meeting me where I was instead of pushing a sale. I’d definitely recommend working with him and his agency if you want someone who’s easy to work with and doesn't push a sales agenda on you."
