"State Farm Caleb was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is one of the better farmers I've met. I can see why they would hire him to work on the big state farm. Caleb has been an excellent resource for trading entire inventories full of wheat and carrots, and his bone meal production is unmatched. For anyone looking for a great farming resource I would say look no further than Caleb at the state farm."

"10/10 would recommend; the best insurance agent and customer service I have ever had, and I have nothing but compliments for Liam from State Farm. I just moved to Evanston and was looking around for a renters insurance for my new apartment, and reached out to Jason Douglas with an enquiry via email. Jason personally replied with a quick response, and introduced me to Liam, who was extremely kind and helpful in assisting me in my queries. He replied to all my emails promptly and when I encountered difficulties and problems with my insurance application, was quick to respond and help in resolving my issues. My overall experience with State Farm has truly remarkable, and I'm really impressed by the competitive rates and out-of-this world customer support and service. I honestly have never had a better experience with any other insurance agents before, and would highly recommend Liam, as well as the Jason Douglas - State Farm Insurance Agent office, to everyone I know from now on!"

"TL;DR - If you file a claim you are mishandled, lied to and ignored. Also their "5 star reviews" are because they send you an Amazon gift card if you leave one upon signing up. At the start of the week I was unfortunately involved in a nasty not at fault accident. The other party also has State Farm insurance, so you would think this would be a slam dunk easy claim. Not even close. The level of incompetence from State Farm throughout this process has been staggering. After originally being told my car would not even receive an estimate of damage until September (this is from their top preferred shop), I called in my agent (Mr. Douglas' office) for help. As a working father with a young son who is on summer break, it is imperative that I have a vehicle ASAP. I was told by Mr. Douglas' office how much they sympathize with me and would fix this unacceptable timeline for me. Now at the end of the week, I just got off the phone with State Farm who called ASKING ME where my car was, because apparently it wasn't at the shop on the claim. They also told me that multiple claims were filed and the information did not match, so they did not know where my car was and asked if I did. Are you joking? So here we are, a full work week of me having to figure out how to make the 50 mile round trip for work while my working wife balances her job and our son's care arrangements (without a vehicle), and not only has nothing been accomplished, State Farm doesn't even know where my vehicle is. So I don't see this claim getting resolved anytime in the near future. I will give Mr. Douglas and his folks credit, because when I called them earlier in the week, they really sold me on how much they cared and were going to work hard to expedite this claim for me. This is what they are, salespeople who don't care a lick. I have no idea when my claim will be resolved, I have no idea when I will have a vehicle, heck, I don't even know where my vehicle is. My "personal agent" has done nothing but lie and make things worse. I have not heard from them since I initially CALLED THEM, they have made no effort to contact me. And by the way, all of their 5 star reviews are because they promise you an Amazon Gift Card when you first sign up if you leave them 5 stars on Google. So these are not folks who have had pleasant experiences. Thanks Jason Douglas and team for turning my desperate need for a vehicle into a "Dude Where's my Car" experience."

"I worked with Barbara to get a Renter’s quote and policy. I needed some extra info on the quote and Barbara was able to add that very quickly and it was not a problem. She gave me some time to get everything approved that was needed and made it super easy to buy the policy. I highly recommend Barbara and this State Farm office if you need insurance!"
