Welcome to my State Farm Insurance Agency in Evanston, IL! I’m proud to offer Auto Insurance and Home Insurance for Evanston and the surrounding areas of Chicago, Northbrook, Skokie and Wilmette.

We are licensed to serve you anywhere in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin and offer a variety of State Farm products, including Renters, Condo, Small Business, Pet and Life Insurance.

I’m originally from Kalamazoo, MI and earned my bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. Upon graduating, my wife and I moved to Oregon, where I began my career with State Farm as an Account Representative in 2016. Two years later, our Midwest roots — and family — called us home when I was given the amazing opportunity to open my own insurance agency near Chicago and opened Jason Douglas State Farm in Evanston!

We believe in treating every customer like family and utilizing needs-based conversations along with excellent customer service. We don’t just tell our customers what they need — we make sure they understand and have more knowledge than they had before their visit or phone call.

My agency also regularly participates in community events and is active in the Evanston Chamber of Commerce. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to sporting events and finding great food all over Chicagoland!
